The Nerveäna®
The Nerveäna® combines a nerve stimulator and an electromyographic (EMG) monitor into an integrated surgical tool. A surgical instrument, enhanced to become a monopolar probe, continuously applies a stimulation pulse to soft tissue while the EMG monitor detects, interprets and records muscle response evoked by stimulation. Once an evoked EMG is identified, the Nerveäna® produces an audio alarm allowing the surgeon to maintain attention on the surgical field. The Nerveäna® significantly reduces nerve location time while improving patient safety and decreasing surgeon stress during difficult dissections.
Scorpion™
Scorpion™ Probes are Rea-Type Surgical instruments: standard surgical instruments modified to be monopolar stimulator probes. We offer several forceps and needle probe styles for concurrent dissection and stimulation of tissue for nerve location. Neurovision™ will also modify many types of instruments to suit the practitioner's individual preferences.
DryTouch®
DryTouch® Probes provide a dry stimulation field for more reliable testing.* The specially designed ball-tip delivers repeatable stimulation while simultaneously evacuating conductive fluids that cause electrical shunting. DryTouch® Suction Stimulator Probes are packaged with two subdermal needles.

EasyAim™
EasyAim™ 1-Channel Kits include a unique .5 channel Dragonfly® electrode with a single recording plate that wraps 360° around the tube. After positioning the electrode under the vocal cords it can be rotated to any lateral position, including placement in the corner of the mouth.
Cobra™
Cobra™ Electrodes are a technological innovation pioneered by Neurovision Medical Products. The electrodes are integrated into a standard ET tube and work with all nerve monitors. A large electrode area simplifies placement of the electrodes on the vocal cords.
